Edge Rotational Development Program

The Edge Rotational Development Program is designed to support new industry entrants and graduates to launch their careers at EBM.

 

The program is 12-months in duration and provides participants with a variety of on-the-job learning and development opportunities across a range of business areas within EBM.

Participants are full-time team members from Day 1 and have the opportunity to deep dive into the workings of insurance broking and risk management.

Traineeship Program

EBM’s Traineeship program supports new job seekers entering the workforce. The program is suitable for those who have recently completed high school or TAFE and is 12-months in duration. It provides participants with a variety of on-the-job learning and development opportunities within EBM.

 

Participants are full-time team members from Day 1.
